Monday: 8am, 4pm, 5pm

Tuesday 7am, 8am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm

Wednesday 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm

Thursday 7am, 8am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm

Saturday 8am, 9am, 10am

Step 2:

Email stellabarbellas@gmail.com or DM @stellabarbellas on Instagram with the 2 sessions and we will check to see if there is a spot in one of the 2 sessions available to join!

Step 3: Once a session time is reserved after contacting us through email/instagram, more information will be provided including what to bring/expect/etc.

This is a chance for future barbellas to try our workout and see what the hype is all about! A complimentary, 50-min. Stella Barbella workout that includes a mix of weightlifting, Pilates, and conditioning exercises that will GUARENTEE you a safe, effective, and FUN workout! There will be time after the workout to go over memberships and answer any questions.
